About
The Full Story
FXN is a family-run organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families requiring Functional Neurological Therapy. Founded by Trey Durden, author of the inspiring memoir "Back From Hell," FXN draws on over a decade of experience navigating the challenges of having a Traumatic Brain Injury along side therapy.

Our Story
Trey's personal journey with FXN ignited a passion within our family to make a difference. Witnessing firsthand the difficulties faced by those living with this condition, we knew we needed to create a support system that went beyond just information. We envisioned a community where individuals could access resources, financial assistance, and unwavering encouragement.
